Respite Care for Family Caregivers
Short-term support in Lynnwood, Snohomish County, and King County.
Caring for a loved one takes time, energy, and attention. Serenity Care provides non-medical respite care so family caregivers can rest, attend appointments, travel, or manage other responsibilities while their loved one receives personalized support.
Keeping familiar routines
Before arranging visits, we discuss the client’s usual day, preferences, and assistance needs. Depending on the care plan, respite support may include personal hygiene and dressing, meals, mobility assistance, companionship, medication reminders, and light household tasks.
Planned breaks and short-term needs
Respite care may be useful for recurring breaks or a temporary period when a family caregiver is away. Tell us the dates, preferred visit times, and level of support needed so we can discuss scheduling and availability.
Preparing for a respite visit
Share the routines that matter most, relevant mobility or safety concerns, emergency contacts, and the activities your loved one enjoys. Clear information helps us understand the support you are looking for and plan visits around the person receiving care. Clinical needs should be discussed with the client’s healthcare provider.
Discuss care for your loved one
